greeting
In May 2018, I met a Scottish gentleman from St. Andrews by chance and he invited me to visit the Old Course for the first time. I arrived at midnight and stayed at a hotel called "Scores". When morning came and I opened the curtains, I found myself in St. Andrews.
I believe that anyone will be deeply moved by the breathtaking, mysterious beauty of the place.
Since then, I have been captivated by its charm and have visited it every year.
You need a bit of luck to play the world-famous Old Course, but with the help of local agents, we can now introduce you to the seven courses and wonderful hotels of St. Andrews. Of course, we can also help you with restaurants and shopping.
We also recommend taking the time to go sightseeing and golfing around Scotland. Why not enjoy some of the world's top 100 golf courses, the magnificent natural scenery, the simple but beautiful townscapes, the countless local beers and whiskeys, and organic Scottish cuisine?
Start your journey with a visit to St Andrews and experience the golf trip of your life.

When he was in junior high school, he picked up a golf ball and started playing golf with his friends using sticks.
The first course design may have been determining the location of greens and tees in an open area.
At IMG Tokyo (now IMG Japan), he assisted Gary Player, Norman, and Isao Aoki in course design in Japan and Southeast Asia.
After that, we supervised the design and construction on Hainan Island in China, and now, more than 20 years later, it has become necessary to make some changes to the golf course management, such as the condition of the turf grass, tree management, irrigation equipment, and updating of bunkers. We offer suggestions and advice from a management perspective on renovation designs and various course issues.

To enjoy golf more, there are some things you should know. Just as there are etiquette and manners at the beginning of the rule book, there are some things you should know before hitting the ball and before counting the score.
By learning how a golf course was created, how it grew, who maintains it, and the climate and environment of the land, you will also learn how the grass grows. You will also learn about the greens, fairways, hazards, and play routes.
I would be very happy if I could convey even a little of how a golf course designer interprets a golf course and how to enjoy golf. I would like to convey what I have learned from my 30+ years of experience as a golf course designer, golf culture enthusiast, and turf management advisor.
